Couple of Pics from Rev 3 Olympic

One of the bonuses of doing a race in the rain can be the gritty nature of the photography.  The wet roads and raindrops make for an excellent backdrop.

ImageI mean, I actually sorta look like a triathlete in this picture.  And, I just love the one below because of the bridge in the background.  But, what I would like to know from fellow racers and/or bike experts is what is wrong here?  I got this bike fitted back in the fall, but feel like my back should be flatter.  It “feels” fine, but 25 miles is much different than 112.  I want to make sure I’m in the optimum position.  All feedback is welcome.  ImageImage

      1. Oh, it’s all good, buddy! I was thinking about a new visor, but I’m a big whiffle golf fan, so I may keep it to be a tri-rebel. ha.

  1. Seat doesn’t look high enough. Also you’re looking fully with your face instead of lifting your eyes part way so your head can be further down (may be because of the rain). You definitely want to have your back a lot flatter. Love the pics!

    1. Thanks for the input. Yeah, definitely looks like my seat is low… but in general I’m comfortable, so I don’t know… and yeah, who knows what I was doing with that rain pelting my eyes. I think I was just more concerned about what was on the road than normal. It was a dicey ride with a lot of turns, etc… Gotta figure out the flat back!
