C26 Athlete – Casey Lynn
Robotics, drumming and triathlon collide. Casey lives life simple, free, and creative in the Pacific Northwest. He works in robotics and we talk about that and a little bit of AI.
He’s a drummer in a classic rock cover band and a collector of vintage video games. He loves triathlon and is currently navigating a nagging injury by putting most of his eggs in the swimming basket.
We talk patience in triathlon along with drumming and how he asked me for advice on playing Barracuda. His humble triathlon beginnings and his biggest triathlon influence along with his high aspirations to keep building and growing in the sport. Battling the challenging landscape of balancing time and training.
